SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Radius Networks is searching for a versatile and self-starting Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing sales and marketing team. As a key member of the sales team, the SDR is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will work well under pressure, think out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed, but informative, two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.
Proven ability to learn quickly and apply feedback

Make 60+ phone calls a day
Ability to research and source your own pipeline of enterprise customers
Learn about our market and share insights to improve the product and sales process
Exceed goals through expert representation of Radius Networks
Interested in talking to industry professionals about our platforms
Daily inbound and outbound calling, emailing, and networking with potential customers
Hit sales metrics on a monthly basis
