Linux Systems Developer
Radius Networks is seeking a mid-level Linux developer with strong C programming skills for low-level Linux tools and utilities. Must be highly productive and able to get work done both independently and in collaboration with other engineers. Must be adaptable to changing priorities and requirements as is typical of a startup environment.

This position is full time and located at our Georgetown office.
2+ years paid work experience
2+ years experience developing systems based on Linux platforms
Strong understanding of Linux systems
Expertise programming in C to build and modify Linux tools and utilities
Solid shell scripting experience
Experience with low-level customizations to Linux systems including rebuilding the Kernel and creating or modifying new drivers
We don’t expect you to know all of these things, but relevant experience is a great bonus.
Embedded development experience
USB Programming experience
Experience with BlueZ
Experience with OpenWRT
Experience with the Raspberry Pi
Previous work with Bluetooth APIs
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Automation experience such (e.g. Chef or Puppet)
Knowledge of Git and GitHub
Previous work on open source projects
