Global Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Position responsible for driving complex global customer programs and deliver solutions that generate customer value and efficiency to a specified Global Account (Fortune 500)
  • Serves as the liaison between the customer and the product teams to influence product roadmaps and engineering decisions
  • Participate in deployment activities to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge
  • Continuously drive excellence in program management fundamentals, building on best-practices and escalating any roadblocks to shared business objectives
  • Position requires strong organizational skills, ability to build customer relationships by promoting customer confidence in Radius Networks’ solutions, allowing us to build long term business relationships
  • Utilize team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives
  • Indirectly manage regional resources in support of the Global Account by providing overall program direction
  • Regional and Cultural Understanding of customary business practices and procedures in Europe, Asia and Americas

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMP required or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex consulting engagements or programs
  • Must be proactive, highly energized and able to adapt to changing technology environment at short notice
  • Industry experience in one of the following industries: travel and transportation, retail, hospitality (specifically restaurants)
  • Ability to travel internationally and comfortable with travel up to 25%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Program Management experience, especially in Restaurant Technology
  • Proximity to Chicago, IL or Washington, DC
