The Field Service technician position will go to customer locations to install and repair cabling and IT hardware system in compliance with company technical standards. As a vital client touch point, the technician is responsible for the efficient and timely resolution of onsite issues. The team member will strive for professionalism, concise and swift customer/enquiry/issue resolution and provide proactive communication where relevant.
This is a full time position.
