Customer Success Manager

Radius Networks is searching for a versatile and self-starting Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of the Client Services team, the CSM is responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. The CSM will be responsible for customer on-boarding, account escalations, renewals and expansion, client health checks, and advocating for the customer internally. From pre-sale, to pilot, to deployment, the CSM will make sure our customers get the most out of the product and ensure that the customer is satisfied at all times. As a true team player, you will be engaging with our sales team throughout the customer lifecycle, as well as the product, marketing, and engineering teams on a daily basis.

We are seeking someone who is proactive, creative, a problem-solver, and able to put big ideas into motion. You will need to be able to keep small details organized, while focusing on big-picture strategy for each customer.

  • Develop and manage client expansion activity

  • Work with internal departments, including sales, product, engineering, support, operations, and finance

  • Communicate regularly with customers

  • Provide customer feedback to Radius Networks teams

  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience

  • Improve on-boarding process

  • Mediate between clients and company

  • Handle and resolve all customer requests and complaints

  • Meet personal/company monthly, quarterly, and annual goals


  • 2-4 years B2B client relationship management experience in the technology industry

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task

  • Self-driven and proactive nature

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding goals

  • Knowledge of customer success processes

  • Passionate for client success

  • Experience managing retailers, restaurants, grocers, and gaming venues (a plus!)
